Whitkirk Builders were brilliant from the start to the finish of our loft conversion. We were provided with a very comprehensive, competitive quote and they were more than happy to go through every detail with us and answer all of our questions. During the building work the whole team were very professional, reliable, considerate and extremely good at cleaning up at the end of each day once they were working inside. We stumbled across Whitkirk Blders accidently as we saw them working at a nearby property whilst dropping the children off at school. Noel and his team are very pleasant and extremely professional. There was communication all the way through the build stage and all extra requests were fulfilled without any issues. Even 3 months after completion Noel is willing to readjust doors after having new carpet fitted to bedrooms - at no charge!
We will never hesitate in recommending Whitkirk Blding Services nor showing potential clients our loft.

Whitkirk builders completed the 2 story extension on our house to budget and to schedule. I found all tradesmen to courteous and professional and would not hesitate to use Whitkirk for any further building work I required. Work carried out was of a high quality and problems that occur during a build were solved quickly and without fuss - overall a first class building firm I would recommend to anyone.

I would like to say thank you for all your efforts in the building of my loft conversion. Whitkirk building were by far the best choice as I did my homework and research. And must add that all the workmen are top class tradesmen and do whatever they can to sort things out quickly and efficiently. Every thing about the build is methodically calculated and mess and trauma kept to a minimum as workmen cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each days work and even completed in just under the time scale allotted!!! everything about the the company is top class from laborers to surveyors and everyone else involved. The price was as competitive as can be and without a doubt hand on heart would recommend to anyone and use again myself.
